Wellness Cloud wins TWO awards at The Rewards 2023

We are thrilled to announce that Wellness Cloud won two awards at The Rewards 2023 award ceremony last week in London, picking up the top prize for Best Employee Benefits Provider and Best Service Provider Team. 

The Rewards is an annual award ceremony run by Reward Strategy Magazine to recognise and celebrate the accomplishments of HR and reward organisations throughout the preceding year. 

The team was represented by Founding Director, Karen Taylor, and Head of Partnerships, Laura Bell, who were honoured to receive the two awards and celebrate Wellness Cloud’s achievements over 2023. We are delighted to be recognised for being both a leading employee benefits provider and having a truly excellent team that goes above and beyond for our clients. 

Wellness Cloud wowed the panel of judges for ‘Best Employee Benefits Provider’ award by highlighting for 4 key successes:

  • Huge engagement levels and sign-up rates amongst our world-leading clients;
  • Becoming the most comprehensive wellbeing provider on the market, supporting users with all of life’s challenges;
  • Going beyond immediate support to proactively nurture employee wellbeing and boost resilience;
  • Our flawless client track record and feedback we’ve receive throughout the year. 

We also impressed the judges of the ‘Best Service Provider Team’ award by the way we’d navigated challenges over the year, including: 

  • Offering swift responses and service solutions to client wellbeing emergencies and incidents; 
  • Showcasing creativity, speed and passion in creating support groups, live talks and events around the news agenda, like the Ukraine war;
  • Clients expressing their deep satisfaction and rating their experience with us as exceptional;
  • Highlighting that we’ve never lost a client!

Winning these awards is a show of our standing as a leading employee wellbeing provider and the remarkable capabilities of our team.
