Parental Leave and Group Coaching
Our group coaching courses are run by our experienced, hand-picked coaches to provide informative and effective coaching to your employees. We offer three coaching programmes that can be tailored to suit the budget and needs of your business, including our signature return-to-work programme, as well as ongoing training for your people.

We work with you to build a bespoke return to work programme that suits the needs and budget of your business. Our programmes incorporate a number of tried and tested approaches to support your employees that are returning to work after a significant period of time, whilst ensuring the wider business and management are engaged in the process.
The aim of our programmes are to provide returners with a range of tools to increase their confidence, resilience and ready them for returning to their job role.
Our Returnship Programmes can include:
- 6-week group coaching course, with sessions lasting 90 minutes.
- Up to six remote coaching sessions with a choice of our specialists.
- Talks to promote across your entire company on professional development.
- 90 minute workshop for line managers to support the programme internally.
Pre Parental Leave Coaching
We offer a 1.5 hour group coaching session to your employees that are approaching parental leave. The session can be delivered in person or online and will help to prepare your employees for going on leave, supporting them in handing over their job role and providing a clear outline for utilising the support available to them whilst away.
Post Parental Leave Coaching
We also provide a 1.5 hour group coaching session to your employees that are returning to work after parental leave. The session can be delivered in person or online and will help to support them with re-entering the workforce, rebuilding any lost confidence and introducing practical methods to approach their new responsibilities.
This programme includes 6 x 1.5 hour coaching sessions that involve your chosen coach helping attendees with their own individual challenges, whilst developing professional skills and building support networks within your organisation.
This programme is designed to enhance problem solving and resilience, offer insight into development needs, provide new tools for achieving professional goals and build a long-term in-house support network.
This programme includes 6 x 40 minute group sessions that are designed to create a mental fitness bootcamp. The course is delivered in a mix of online sessions and app-based support and activities to provide attendees with the insight, motivation and structure to boost their three core mental fitness muscles.
This programme is designed to help attendees enhance their overall work performance and productivity.
