The UK AI market is worth more than £16.9 billion and is expected to grow to £800 billion by 2035.

AI is currently having a transformative impact on businesses across the UK, with artificial intelligence technology being used across various sectors to try and streamline operations, boost innovation and automate decision-making processes.

AI tools also have the potential to offer new types of mental health and wellbeing support to employees and users, providing automated support, resources and interventions tailored to individual needs.

But this technology does come at a price. Do users lose the personal human experience of their current support? Can AI offer tools be effective in providing help for wellbeing? There’s also a question of data security and the ethical implications of utilising AI technology.

To try and tackle some of these big questions, we’re asking a handpicked group of HR, wellbeing and mental health leaders for their thoughts. Your views will provide a valuable voice to our study and help us to shape the future of HR and employee wellbeing!

Our aim is to take these survey responses and insights to develop an unbiased report on how AI is impacting HR and the future of wellbeing and work.

“AI has the power to revolutionise mental health and wellbeing support, but there are so many unknowns about the safety of using this technology and how effective it can be in really helping users. Join our wellbeing revolution to help us answer how HR feels about AI in mental health and wellbeing.”
