About

Hello, I’m Catherine. I’m a Registered Nutritionist (mBANT) and Health Coach and I am passionate about helping my clients live their lives to the best. I support good health through personalised functional nutrition and lifestyle medicine. I use nourishing, real foods that fuel our bodies and minds to restore natural balance and achieve their true potential.​

I put a lot of emphasis on real food, real nutrition, real life. Why? Because we are increasingly bombarded by dietary advice which is complicated, conflicted, and downright confusing. Our lifestyles are busy and end up being driven by marketing and convenience. I want to help you take back control of your health by coaching you to nourish your body with the simple, affordable and enjoyable foods that it needs to make you look and feel amazing.​

I LOVE my job, I LOVE working with people who are serious about regaining their health and feeling great, and I LOVE seeing the difference it makes to people’s (entire families’) lives when they have the support and coaching that they deserve.

Approach

Prior to the initial session, you will be asked to fill out a short health questionnaire including a one-day food and lifestyle diary. We’ll then discuss your health and wellbeing concerns and goals and figure out what changes you can start making today for maximum impact. The session is a two-way conversation so that all the suggestions are tailored to you to be practical, manageable and enjoyable. That means they will also take into account your preferences, tastes and lifestyle to ensure they are achievable, and I will support you with recipes, shopping lists and other resources that you might need. I can also make recommendations on supplements where appropriate, and take into consideration any recent health tests that you may have undertaken.

Experience

As a graduate of the world-renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition, I am a fully qualified, Registered Nutritional Therapist and a full member of the British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT).​ I am also a certified Archetypal Alchemy Practitioner and Coach, a skillset that ensures I can give my clients the additional tools they need to implement changes in a way that is sustainable for life.

In addition to 1:1 nutrition coaching, I am also a speaker and run regular workshops, courses and retreats across a range of food, nutrition and health topics such as:
