Alexandra is an Integrative Therapist using CBT, Life Coaching, NLP, Cognitive Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness to support her clients in reaching their full potential. She helps people to make the changes that they wish to make, personally and professionally, so that they can lead happier, healthier and more balanced lives free from unnecessary anxieties and insecurities.


What I do is pretty simple; I help people like you, change the way they see and experience their world so that they can realise their full potential and live the abundant life they deserve. My integrative approach allows me to draw from a wealth of knowledge, practice and experience from different therapeutic schools meaning that I intuitively tailor every session to your individual needs.

My mission is to encourage you to recognise the negative thoughts and unhelpful programs that impact your relationships, your work, your life so that you can create a mindset that empowers you to fully love your life and value yourself.

I offer a warm, compassionate and safe space where you can share what’s on your mind without fear of being judged or rejected. For me, therapy is a collaborative process that brings forth greater self awareness and self acceptance. Together we can explore how you perceive yourself in the world right now, the beliefs and behaviours that are holding you back and take actionable steps to get you to where you want to be.


My coaching programmes are centred around you and your values and are underpinned by trust, honesty and empathy. I provide an invaluable, safe space for you to think and reflect on the vision you have for yourself as a working parent, where you can unpick the challenges you’re facing and break down the limiting beliefs that are stopping you from having the life you want.​  You really do have all the answers and it’s my role as your Coach to help you cut through the noise.

Through guided, purposeful conversation, you’ll identify what’s really holding you back, discover what motivates you, define your personal vision and work on action-oriented strategies to break down the barriers and move you forward with a renewed sense of purpose, confidence and self-belief.It’s your journey and I’ll be with you every step of the way.


Over the years I have worked with many people to help them find confidence, self worth and balance. With each client I learn something profound about the human mind and our world. I have extensive experience working with anxiety, overwhelm, low self esteem and confidence, lack of motivation and purpose, low mood and compulsive negative thinking. I have also completed 300 hours of Yoga Teacher Training and Meditation.
