My experience is varied, including leadership development, behaviour change, wellbeing, mindfulness, work-life balance, nutrition, aromatherapy, career transitions and personal growth.

With a deep passion for holistic health and personal development, I have dedicated my career to empowering individuals to live their best lives through both healthy habits and continuous learning.  I believe that true wellbeing encompasses not just physical health, but also mental and emotional balance. Through my corporate and natural therapy journey, I have discovered the profound impact that energy management and mindful practices can have on overall wellness. My goal is to share these insights and tools with you, helping you to reclaim your energy and live a life of purpose and fulfilment.

Approach

With over 25 years of experience in working with people on performance improvement, personal development and energy and wellbeing coaching, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, each with their own unique challenges and aspirations.

I’m accredited with the EMCC for Executive Coaching, am a registered health coach with the UK & Ireland Health Coaching Association (UKIHCA-RHC), and accredited with the International Association of Health Coaches (IAHC) as a Certified International Health Coach (CIHC), specifically, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I also have certifications and experience in Yoga Sports Science, Mindfulness, Reiki, Aromatherapy, Massage and more which have enriched my understanding of holistic wellness. I actively contribute to initiatives focusing on Diversity and Inclusion, Mental Health, Wellness education, and Wellbeing strategies and behaviour change.

Additionally, I’m a global learning design consultant with two decades of experience crafting leadership programs for performance improvement and behavioural transformation so I offer a unique blend of skills that draw upon both extensive backgrounds and supports the growing significance and difficulty of prioritising health and wellbeing in the evolving landscape of life.

Through workshops, one-on-one coaching sessions, I have successfully guided individuals and teams on their journey to better health and vitality. My commitment is to support you with empathy, expertise, and unwavering dedication.
