Monthly Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Wellness Cloud Ltd, registered in England and Wales (“Wellness Cloud”).

2. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to registered users of the Wellness Cloud platform aged 18 or over whose employer provides access to the platform or who have independently registered. Employees of Wellness Cloud Ltd are not eligible to enter. Participation in this prize draw does not form part of any employee’s remuneration or contractual employment benefits.

3. How to enter

Users will automatically receive one entry into the monthly prize draw when they complete any of the following within the relevant calendar month:
• Submit feedback following a webinar
• Submit feedback following a 1-2-1 session
• Set up or activate their Wellness Cloud account

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter. Entry is free.

4. Entry period

Each prize draw runs from 00:00 on the first calendar day of the month until 23:59 on the final calendar day of that month (UK time). Entries outside this period will not be included in that month’s draw.

5. The Prize

Each month, one winner will receive a wellbeing-related prize with an approximate retail value between £70 and £250. The specific prize may vary each month. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. Wellness Cloud reserves the right to substitute the advertised prize with an item of equal or greater value where necessary. For winners based outside the United Kingdom, Wellness Cloud will make reasonable efforts to source a local equivalent. Where this is not possible, an alternative prize of similar value will be offered. Certain prizes may not be available in specific jurisdictions due to local laws, supplier restrictions or sanctions regulations.

6. Winner selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the relevant month. The draw will be conducted using a fair and unbiased selection process. The number of eligible entries will vary each month.

7. Notification

The winner will be notified via the email address registered on their Wellness Cloud account within the first two weeks of the following calendar month. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Wellness Cloud reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Delivery

Prizes will be delivered to an address provided by the winner. Delivery times may vary depending on location and supplier availability. Wellness Cloud is not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers, customs processes, shipping restrictions or events outside its reasonable control.

9. Publicity
The winner’s identity will not be publicly disclosed without their prior written consent. Wellness Cloud may request permission to share anonymised engagement insights for promotional purposes.

10. Data protection

Personal data supplied in connection with this prize draw will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and Wellness Cloud’s Privacy Policy. Data will only be used for the purpose of administering the prize draw and delivering the prize.

11. Tax and local regulations

Any personal tax liability or reporting obligation arising from receipt of the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. Wellness Cloud accepts no responsibility for any tax implications arising in any jurisdiction. Participants are responsible for ensuring that participation in this promotion complies with any local laws applicable to them.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellness Cloud shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the prize draw or from acceptance or use of the prize, except where caused by negligence or fraud.

13. Governing law

This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. General

Wellness Cloud reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the prize draw at any time where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
