Courses
- Returning to work after parental leave – runs bi-monthly to support returners from multiple organisations in easing their transition back to work.
- Mental health awareness – runs bi-monthly to support managers and mental health champions with different mental health related support topics.
- Mini First Aid – runs monthly to support new parents and adults with a variety of first aid emergencies.
Regular meet-up groups
- Neurodivergent employee group – a bi-monthly group for neurodiverse individuals to come together and share their challenges, concerns and experiences in a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Carers employee group – a bi-monthly peer support group for working carers to give and receive support, as well as develop strategies and new ways of thinking about problems, such as managing time, boundaries, asking for help and dealing with stress.
- Menopause group – a bi-monthly group or individuals either approaching or going through the menopause to come together and share their challenges, concerns, and general experiences in a supportive environment.
Baby and toddler classes
- Baby College – a weekly class that teaches a full body massage sequence in these practical, welcoming sessions, including songs and movements to safely practise and enjoy with baby at home.
- MummyYoga – a fortnightly yoga class to help you manage life as a new mother, focusing on building a strong core, a healthy pelvic floor and incorporating some deep stretches and relaxation too.
- Infants Class – a weekly class offering a varied gentle mixture of activities, including play, movement and hundreds of ideas to enjoy with your baby at home.
- Infant and child sleep drop in – a fortnightly drop-in session with our infant sleep specialist, where parents can ask any questions or concerns they have about how to get your baby into a sleep routine.
- Bumps & Babies – a fortnightly drop-in session for expert baby support with our Birth and Early years consultant, who is available for an hour to help answer any questions attendees have around birth preparation, antenatal queries and postnatal advice.
- Baby wearing yoga – a fortnightly class to help new mothers build your breath awareness and learn to modulate breathing.
- Baby carrying – a bi-monthly workshop to introduce baby carrying, covering the benefits of baby-wearing for baby, mums and dads, as well as an introduction to safe carrying and positioning for when out and about.
