Ellie Starkwood
Neurodiversity Coach and Consultant
Ellie is a coach, neurodiversity consultant and facilitator who helps clients understand how they think, communicate and work best so they can feel confident and effective. With 8+ years’ coaching experience and a background in corporate roles, she brings a compassionate, neurodiversity-informed approach that focuses on strengths, sustainable change and working with your brain, not against it.
About
People often describe me as warm, calm and grounding. Someone they can think out loud with, gain perspective from and feel genuinely seen by. With 8+ years of coaching experience, I work in a strengths-based, practical and supportive way, helping clients understand what they’re great at, what matters most and how they can lean into their brilliance to build confidence and momentum.
I bring a neurodiversity-informed lens into all my work because it helps everyone (neurodivergent or not) make sense of their thinking patterns, communicate more effectively and lead with greater empathy. Many clients work with me to build leadership confidence, strengthen relationships, move towards promotion or create more balance in their working lives. My focus is always on helping you grow in a way that feels true to who you are, not who you think you “should” be.
Approach
My coaching style is warm, reflective and gently challenging. I’m here to ask thoughtful questions, help you untangle what’s getting in the way and support you to create changes that actually stick. I don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions – we figure out what works for you and build from there.
Clients tell me they value the space I create: spacious, non-judgemental and somewhere they can think clearly. I help people understand their strengths, shift unhelpful patterns and show up with more confidence and ease, both at work and in themselves.
