I specialise in helping people overcome sleep issues, stop smoking, manage phobias, and build confidence and self-esteem. Passionate about helping individuals overcome their difficulties, I work with clients to resolve long-standing challenges in a relatively short time. As a mum, I understand the struggle to prioritise yourself, so offer flexible session times to ensure you can access support without interruption.

About

I’ve always loved helping people—it’s just who I am. Friends and family often turn to me for support, and now I get to bring that same passion into my work as a therapist. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone transform after a session, realising that challenges they thought would last forever are now a thing of the past.

Clients often tell me how comfortable they feel with me, and I’m proud to create a safe, non-judgmental space where they can open up freely. I take the time to really understand each person through a detailed discussion before any therapy begins. This ensures every session is uniquely tailored to their needs and experiences.

Outside of work, I love taking my dog for long walks, practising Pilates, and travelling with my family. I’m also a big Disney fan!

The most fulfilling part of my job is knowing that the changes we create together don’t just impact my clients—they positively transform their families and loved ones too. Change really is easier than you think, and I’m here to help you take that first step.

Initial Intake

Our journey begins with a detailed intake session where we’ll take the time to explore your challenges, lifestyle, and any stressors contributing to what you’re struggling with. This conversation is a chance for me to really understand your unique situation, and together, we’ll identify clear, achievable goals to guide our work moving forwardThe Hypnosis Session

During hypnosis, we’ll uncover how your current beliefs and habits were formed and explore the root causes of the way you’re feeling. Once we’ve understood this, we’ll work to reframe those beliefs and install new, empowering behaviours that support your chosen path forward.

Personalised Audio

You’ll be given a personalised audio recording following your session, designed to reinforce the changes we’ve made and support your ongoing progress.

Each session is tailored specifically to you, ensuring that your experience is as effective and meaningful as possible. With your commitment and my support, we’ll work together to create lasting change, helping you move confidently toward the life you want.

Experience

I have gained more than 250 hours of experience since I qualified in 2022. I have helped adults and children resolve a huge range of issues including disordered eating habits, addiction, sleep issues, fears and phobias, lack of confidence or low self esteem, weight management, and anxiety.
