Kate and her team of highly skilled nurses offer high quality evidence-based advice to women and couples who are struggling to conceive, to optimise their fertility and coach women whom are going through fertility treatments.The team have wide range experience in women’s health, natural fertility, PCOS, sexual health, IVF, coaching and counselling. During a 45 minute consultation, Kate and her team will: Take a detailed medical historyConduct a lifestyle assessment – this will look at nutrition, occupation, stress, toxins, drugs, alcohol, frequency of sex, exercise, smoking, weight and much more

• Recommend and arrange specific blood tests and scans based on need
• Private referral to a Fertility Specialist for tests and treatments
• Recommendations on fertility supplements Teaching of fertility indicators (temperature, cervical secretion changes, and changes in the position of your cervix throughout the month) to identify ovulation and assess hormonal health
• Diagnosing and advising on any potential fertility issues
• Communication with your doctor/specialist as required and to ensure that you are offered the appropriate investigations and treatments within your local area

Kate Davies (RN, BSc (Hons), FP Cert is a registered fertility nurse consultant and IVF coach with an honours degree in Sexual Health. She has a private practice in Stamford, Lincolnshire and consults nationwide via online video.
