Alison Peacham is a dedicated registered nutritional therapist and health coach, specialising in family health and children's nutrition. With a passion for helping families raise healthy, happy, and resilient children, Alison takes a holistic approach to wellness. Her journey into nutrition began with a personal health transformation after being diagnosed with breast cancer in her 30s. This life-changing experience led her to pursue a career change, earning qualifications from the world-renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION), where she later served as a senior academic for over eleven years. Alison's expertise extends to running the Children's Specialist Nutrition Clinic at ION, where she worked with hundreds of  children and families. Alison combines her academic knowledge with practical experience to guide individuals and families to feel healthier and happier.

Alison is on a mission to address common health challenges faced by families, ranging from lack of energy and stress to allergies, digestive problems, and neurodiversity issues like ADHD. As a nutritional therapist, Alison collaborates closely with clients to design personalised plans that incorporate the best foods for your body, natural supplements, and healthy habits. Her holistic approach recognises the importance of addressing underlying imbalances, recommending laboratory tests when necessary. Drawing from her own health journey and career in education, Alison understands the transformative power of nutrition. She emphasises the significance of taking control and making even small dietary changes to achieve profound results. Currently running 1:1 and group programmes across the UK, Alison also serves as a clinical supervisor for nutrition students at ION and lectures on child health, integrating the latest research findings.

Alison’s wealth of experience spans over a decade, beginning with her role as a senior academic at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION).
