Michelle has experience in mental health and excels in supporting clients in severe crises. She is passionate about helping people be themselves and having the confidence to be proud of who they are. As an experienced PR Director and Crisis Lead, Michelle has a strong background in social care, CBT informed work, ASIST training, certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), and a qualified Person Centred counsellor. Whether you have witnessed abuse, suffered it, or experienced different trauma. Michelle can help with these concerns, specialising in working with historic / childhood trauma, present trauma, front-line workers, and forces personnel. Michelle works with every gender and every protected characteristic, ensuring a fully inclusive service for all clients.
