Personal & Professional Coach

Louisa is a qualified Professional Coach and Mentor, a Member of British Psychological Society (BPS) and a Certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner. Louisa uses a variety of coaching techniques to help clients to explore and discover the truth about what’s standing in the way of their progress and guides them to start to get results that last.

“Undertaking coaching with Louisa was extremely impactful for me. I achieved all my goals, giving me greater confidence in the workplace, improved leadership of my team, and a greater understanding of what steps I’ll need to take to meet the ultimate goals. Increasing my personal impact and establishing my brand were really important goals that some coaches may have found too vague and, therefore, difficult to coach for." About

I enjoyed a career in a large corporate organisation for 17 years, starting in operations management and subsequently pursuing a rewarding career in a variety of HR roles including Talent management. As an HR professional with a broad range of experience, I have a proven track record in talent development, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, employee and industrial relations in a FTSE 250 organisation. After leaving the corporate world, I wanted to get individuals and organisations involved in the conversation about race and minorities at work. With that in mind, I host an interview series called “We Need to get Comfortable Talking about Race At Work” I have interviewed some amazing and successful people of Black and Asian heritage about their challenges and, more importantly, their successes and transformational breakthroughs in their careers. They talked to me about how to break through their inner blocks on self-worth, deservingness, and challenging organisational barriers to build successful and rewarding careers. I now use my experience in HR, growing diversity and inclusion and talent and follow my passion for working with businesses to develop talent; building confident, focused, high performing, and diverse individuals. I work with individuals, small, medium and large organisations to bring race at work on the agenda and coaching and developing people returning from maternity, people in early careers and those in senior leadership roles across different industries. I am a Mum of three and two grandsons and live in London.

Approach

My coaching and mentoring  relationships are focused not only upon the challenges in business and life, but clients have a confidence and visibility expert and consultant who helps them work on inner and outer principles for success and look at their career/ business and results from an organic and spiritual perspective. What this means is that they get a business mentor and authentic career and personal brand expert who will challenge and help drive them towards achieving their goals.Through a range of coaching techniques; the GROW model, and a 4 stage model: 1. Mindset, 2. Focus, 3. Meaning and 4. Results clients explore and discover the truth about what’s standing in the way of their progress and success and how to challenge their thinking about their barriers then about ways to dismantle it for good. Clients can start to get results in a short time with commitment, an open mind and a willingness to let go of resistance. With this I also provide a healthy dose of fun, laughter and inspiration and this always helps.
