Claire has a sensitive and tailored approach to helping families dealing with sleep issues and, with over twenty five years’ experience supporting families with infants from birth to five years of age, she is ideally placed to be able to help you, no matter what the challenge.


As a certified infant sleep specialist, I have been trained to holistically look at a family’s entire circumstance in order to evaluate what methods and approaches would be best suited to solve your infants sleep problems. My extensive experience as a maternity nurse, night nanny, nanny and sleep consultant, enables me to advise and support to improve sleep with babies from birth, multiples, toddlers and children up to 5 years of age. If your little one isn’t settling at bedtime, frequently waking throughout the night, early rising, habitual reliance on rocking, pacing, feeding to sleep, co sleeping or dummy dependence. I can help you with all of these common issues and any circumstances that are no longer sustainable for you all.

My approach specialises in guidance through key elements that enable healthy babies, toddlers and children to sleep through the night.
I firmly believe that teaching your child to learn the skill of falling asleep, and the ability to resettle is vital for the whole family’s wellbeing.
My advice and care will always be sensitive to your individual needs and goals. I thrive on helping new parents gain confidence, get better sleep and structure to their life balance so that the family as a whole can function better and enjoy the process of parenting.
