Sales Manager - Full or Part-time (£28,000-30,000 plus uncapped earning (OTB of £12,000/year)

The Wellness Cloud & Parent Cloud is an exciting start-up, reinventing how businesses engage with employees in their workforce, helping them to improve employee engagement, mental health and having a positive impact on gender diversity. We’re doing this by giving Employees & Parents within their workforce access to talented coaches and advisors offering on-demand, remote support to help people to thrive; covering a variety of issues including: Menopause, fertility, birth, breastfeeding, sleep training, postnatal depression, nutrition and coaching.

Having recently secured Investment, we’re looking to grow quickly and would like to find a talented Sales Manager to help to grow the business.

The role

  • This is primarily a sales role so you’ll be spending most of your time engaging with businesses on the phone, via email and on various networking sites

  • Generating and attending face to face meetings with CEO’s, HR Directors and Reward Managers to highlight the services we can offer from both our online consultations and also, in-house workshops

  • Attending and speaking at networking events to raise the profile of Parent Cloud

  • Creating interesting & engaging marketing material to highlight the benefits of using The Wellness Cloud & Parent Cloud to engage with employees within their workforce

  • Designing and organising interesting and relevant events both with existing and new clients

  • Regularly posting on social media to build the brand and make us a thought leader in this space

  • Act as first point of contact once you have secured new business, making sure that businesses love partnering with us and choose to renew their annual subscription

What we can offer you

  • Truly flexible working: If full time, your time will be split between working in the office in Thames Ditton wand working from home. If you’re a more senior sales person this role could be 25 hours per week and work around your other commitments

  • Uncapped bonus structure – this will be a percentage of the business you secure (for example, if you secure just one 1000 person business a month you will take home £12,000 in commission a year– this will also apply for renewed business on an annual basis.

  • We’re a business that is looking to grow quickly so, as the second employee there will be lots of opportunity for growth in the future and may include share options should you really excel in the role

What we’re looking for

  • A highly motivated and autonomous sales manager with experience in both telephone based and face to face business to business sales

  • A natural empathy for the challenges working parents are faced with and a genuine desire to make a difference

  • A creative approach to sales with the ability to use marketing and networking to raise our profile and grow the business

  • A tech savvy salesperson who understands the value of online marketing with the ability to create engaging and informative content
